Line graphs
Line graphs show how information is linked together, if the line goes diagionally up to the right then there is a positive correlation and if it goes to diagonally up to the left there is a negative correlation.
A histogram is way of displaying data. It looks like a bar chart but it is completely different and much harder to plot.
Points to remember ~
-A/ A* grade work
-Area of the bar instead of the height it reaches
-Uneven class widths
FORMULA
Frequency Density = Frequency รท Class Width
Simultaneous equations liner and quadratic.
a = 5.2
b = 7.1
c = 42
Type into the calculator ' 1/2 x 5.2 x 7.1 x sin(42)
sin=opposite / hypotenuse
cos=adjacent / hypotenuse
tan=opposite / adjacent
SOH ~ Sin, Oppostie / Adjacent
CAH ~ Cos, Adjacent / Hypoteneuse
TOA ~ Tan, Opposite / Adjacent
