In 1993 Alan was doing Freelance project management work for Peterborough Software - He needed to set up a Bank account for Peterborough Software - H hav a bank account with Natwest as an AVC Scheme for Ingersoll Rand so he used it as a AVC Scheme fo Hoskyns
When Alan divorced he agreed with his wife Susan that he should take 1/2 hose when he retired at 64 - the hose is now worth 1/ 2 Million Pound, 7 years into the divorce Susan decided she wanted to pay her share at 2002 hoyse prices. Alan agreed as he wanted to set up a trust fund for his children.
The funds were passed to his son Adam when the UK Government announced that he had to have £60k to bring a partner into the country.
When Adam died the monies were passed back into the Pension/Trust Fund. Alan acting as executor filtered money to Emma. When informed by DWP that this was in violation of DWP Alan transferred All the funds to Emma.
If the DWP insist that the money is his he will take a 40/60 Pension From Emma.
The fund will be transferred to Red Octopus Pensions when this happens and will be part of Red Octopus.
