LINES TO LIVE BY...
No one, including time, owes me anything. My life is a series of habits that are formed from the choices I make (and then continue to make) every single day. If I want healing, then I've got to figure out a way to face what hurt me. If I want growth, then I need to put in the hard work. If I want healthier relationships, then I will learn how to communicate what I need. I am not a product of what happens to me. What happens to me is simply a start point. My choice (the one I re-make every single day) is to use what happened for me to propel me forward. My choice.

Stay Active!
A Note From Mr. Greendahl PK-6 students, Hello students. I miss seeing you everyday. I hope you are trying to stay active. Here are some things to do while you are at home. Do our exercises each day: arm stretches, toe touches, floor stretches, jumping jacks, sit ups, push ups. In good weather younger students play outside; older students go for a walk or a jog. Try to exercise 15-30 minutes a day. P.S. hopefully we can get back soon for the indoor floor hockey championships. Mr. Greendahl

KEEPING A POSITIVE MINDSET
The 7 mindsets video to the right is a social emotional learning weekly video. This week's video is about turning problems into opportunities and thinking positively. It works for all ages. Younger kids would benefit from a caring adult watching with them and discussing it :) Challenge: Take two pictures of things you are thinking positively about. With an adult's help, post to social media with the hashtags #eaglespositive and #7mindsets. Adults, the kids can help you here !
