The focus of my individual project is to research, design and trial an online RPL process and resources for the TAADEL501A Facilitate e-learning Module from the Competency Standard: (TAA04) Training and Assessment.
This module can be included as one of the elective modules in the TAA40104 Certificate IV in Training and Assessment.
There are several toolkits designed to assist teachers to collect evidence for assessment and recognition of TAA04:
- New South Wales Department of Education and Training ‘ProveIt!’
- and the WA Toolbox ‘The Training and Assessment RPL Guide’.
However neither have included the Facilitate e-learning module.
Developers of both products are prepared to assist with this project with a view to incorporating any resulting resources. In the case of the NSW ProveIt! this would result in a valuable addition to a freely available resource.
